Ceiling Collapse

A storm ripped the roof off a Sun City West Home causing water to pour into the home onto the ceiling. In certain areas of the home the Ceiling and insulation collapsed in which can be seen in the Before Photo. Techs had to cut down all the damaged Ceiling drywall and bag up the insulation of the affected materials. This was a large project as most of the ceiling drywall was damaged and needed an extended amount of remediation both inside and out. 

After taking down all affected materials then we began the drying process for the roof wood studs.
