Water Flood in Surprise AZ

In a Surprise Arizona Home, the condensation line broke inside the wall flooding inside garage wall underneath the water heater. To avoid any possible mold growth behind the walls a portion of the affected wall was cut open to allow air flow to achieve proper material drying. After the hole of drywall was removed the remaining drywall and studs were able to dry within minimal days.
