Mold in Sun City Grand

In this Sun City Grand Home, a main water line pipe broke and flooded the underneath of the sink , kitchen and dining area. Due to this homeowner being a snowbird they were not home at the time of the flooding which resulted in mold underneath the kitchen sink, along the kitchen cabinets and behind the drywall in the kitchen/dining area.
