Ceiling Storm Damage- Sun City AZ

This Sun City AZ homes entire ceiling fell to the floor along with all its attic debris due a monsoon storm that caused damage to the roof shingles allowing water to move into the attic and flood the ceiling. After a large amount of water entered into the attic saturating the ceiling drywall the material and insulation collapsed to the living room floor seen in the before photo. 

SERVPRO technician came out, picked up all affected debris bag and then removed any additional contaminated material from the ceiling. The after photo is taken 4 days after the initial loss and the customer were extremely pleased with the work done to repair the inside.
